Michael Heath Clark, 36, of Maplesville died Monday, Aug. 13, 2012, at Chilton Medical Center in Clanton.

He was born on Saturday, May 1, 1976, in Cullman, son of Bruce Clark Sr. and Jeanette Ayers Clark.

He was a truck driver.

Surviving are wife, Carrie A. Clark of Maplesville; son, Haven Clark of Montevallo; parents, Bruce and Jeannette Clark of Maplesville; brother, Bruce “Cooter” (Judy) Clark Jr. of Holly Pond; grandmother, Ruby Clark of Hanceville; nephew, Justin Clark of Holly Pond; step-daughter, Lacy Nicole Miller Williams of Clanton; two step-sons, Christopher Dewayne Williams of Clanton and Tyler Owen Williams of Clanton; two grandsons, Colton Lee Miller of Clanton and Cameron Dewayne Miller of Clanton.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Edd Clark, and grandparents, J.D. and Evelyn Ayers.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Friday, Aug. 17 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Saturday, Aug. 18 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bob Haggard officiating.

Interment will follow in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Blountsville.
