‘Falling Skies’ returns Sunday on TNT

The second season of TNT’s sci-fi drama “Falling Skies,” which stars Clanton native Drew Roy, will start Sunday, June 17.

In the series, Roy portrays Hal Mason, a teenager who is among the few survivors after an alien invasion who band together to fight back.

The second season of “Falling Skies” premieres Sunday at 8 Central Standard Time on TNT.

Roy is a 2004 graduate of Chilton County High School and has starred in the Nickelodeon show “iCarly,” had a spot as Miley Cyrus’ love interest on “Hannah Montana” and shared screen time with John Malkovich and Diane Lane in “Secretariat.”
