Mary Frances Mizzell Fortenberry, 64, of Jemison died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012.

She was born Sunday, Oct. 12, 1947, in Jefferson County, daughter of Robert Jack Mizzell and the late Mary Louise Cherry Mizzell.

She was a rest area attendant.

Surviving are her two sons, Charles E. (Jennifer) Williams of Clanton and Billy Ray (Anglica) Williams of Jemison; father, Robert Jack Mizzell of Jemison; two brothers, Chester E. (Sherrian) Mizzell of Thorsby and Robert J. (Telitha) Mizzell Jr. of Clanton; sister, Peggy (Ricky) Rhodes of Maplesville; grandson, Cameron Williams of Clanton; step-grandson, Kevin Dubon of Guatemala; and step-granddaughter, Tonya Dubon of Guatemala.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Fortenberry.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 11 a.m. at Midway Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Joe Bob Mizzell officiating.
