Lang-Easterling

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lang of McClarty announce the engagement of their daughter, Chesley Malissia Lang, to Timothy Ray Easterling, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Easterling of Jacksonville, Fla.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Herman and Sue Byram of Nectar and MacArthur Lang and the late Sandra Wallace Lang of McClarty. She is a graduate of Susan Moore High School and Samford University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Leonard and Essie Easterling of Clanton and Mary Dennis and the late Vernon Dennis of Clanton. He is a graduate of Chilton County High School.

He graduated from Auburn University and the University of North Florida with his master’s degree in criminal justice.

The wedding will take place Oct. 29 at 3 p.m. at Cleveland First Baptist Church. After the wedding, they will reside in Jacksonville, Fla.
