Patricia Ann Butts, age 79 of Verbena, passed away on Oct. 21, 2011, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.

She was born Jan. 15, 1932, in Birmingham, the daughter of the late A.C. Adderhold and the late Ruth Irene Black Adderhold.

Mrs. Butts was a devoted homemaker.

She is survived by: daughter, Judy Druckemiller of Verbena; daughter, Connie (Bill) Kirby of Hoover; grandchildren, Krissie and Carolyn Kirby of Hoover, and Justin (Brittany) Druckemiller of Greenville, Texas; great grandchild, Cullen Tupper of Greenville, Texas; sister, Tommye Fowler of Moody; sister, Frances Williams of Winterboro, Texas; sister, Margaret Edwards of Panama City Beach, Fla.; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by: husband, Rudolph Earl Butts; brother, Clyde Adderhold; and sister, Montez Weston.

Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 24 at 1 p.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison-Mims Funeral Home with the Rev. Jason Rothe officiating.

Burial followed in Forrest Hill Cemetery in Birmingham.
