Keith and Gibbi Roberts of Daphne are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brittani Elizabeth-Lea Roberts, to Ryan Keith Ellison, son of Hal and Judy Ellison of Clanton.

The bride elect is the granddaughter of Ed and Joyce Roberts of Thomaston, Ga. and Sandra Lea Hardin and the late Leo Gibbs Hardin of Daphne. She is a 2006 graduate of Daphne High School and majored in graphic design at Troy University.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Harry and Judeen Ellison, and Betty C. Mims and the late Paul L. Mims, all of Clanton. He is a 2004 graduate of Isabella School and a graduate of Troy University and is a teacher and coach at Isabella.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 8. Invitations will be sent.
