Britney Chapman and Stephen Shaw are happy to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Phillip Chapman and Christy Etress of Clanton, and the granddaughter of Larry and Betty Owens of Clanton. She is a 2009 graduate of Isabella High School.

The prospective groom is the son of Greg and Margie Littleton of Clanton, and the grandson of Harry and Rita Moritz, and Ray Roberts. He is a 2005 graduate of Isabella High School.

He is currently employed by the United States Navy.

The wedding is set for July 14, 2012, at Sterling Castle in Columbiana.
