Elia Nicole Moreno celebrated her 3rd birthday Aug. 12.

Moreno is the daughter of Kristina Neathery and Pablo Moreno, and the granddaughter of Shelia Whitfield, Carl Neathery, Pablo Moreno and Elia Moreno. She has one sibling, Valentine Cruz Moreno. She loves Dora the Explorer, so her birthday party followed that theme. Friends and family celebrated with her.
