Larry and Diane Handley are happy to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Laura Ashley Handley, to Justin Van Headley, the son of Van and Joyce Headley.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jerry and Mary Joyce Gilliland and Evelyn Handley Stapp of Clanton.  She is a 2008 graduate of Chilton County High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Montevallo with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  She is employed with Revenue Discovery Systems in Chelsea, and is the owner of Smiles for You Photography.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Eugene and Doris West of Jemison and E.J. and Patty Headley of Clanton.  He is a 2006 graduate of Chilton County High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Montevallo with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.  He is employed with Henderson and Hill CPA in Birmingham.

The wedding will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2011, at The Oaks Plantation in Pike Road with a reception to follow.  All family and friends are invited.
