Samuel C. Wallace will turn 3 years old July 15.

He is the son of Emily and Jay Wallace, and the grandson of David Nelson, the late Norma Gafford, and Barbara and Jimmy Wallace. Sibling is Conner R. Wallace.

The party theme will be “Pump it up!”
