Mims-Owens

Lisa Renae Mims and Gregory Earl Owens announce their upcoming marriage on June 25 at 6 p.m. at Temple Assembly of God.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Tim and Becky Mims of Clanton. She is a graduate of Chilton County High School and has an Associate in Science degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Montevallo, and is presently employed with T&B Chipping, Inc.

She is the granddaughter of the late Loyd (Huss) and Doris Smith of Jemison, Sarah Mims and the late Bobby Joe Mims of Clanton.

Mims-Owens

The prospective groom is the son of Jan (Randy) Smith and the late Don Owens of Clanton. He is a graduate of Chilton County High School and is presently employed as a supervisor with Utility Line Construction.

He is the grandson of Herbert and Faye Hall of Demopolis and Doris Owens and the late Ray Owens of Clanton.

After a honeymoon to Florida, the couple will reside in Clanton.
