Mrs. Patricia Faye Moore, age 65 of Clanton, passed away May 1, 2011, at Hatley Health Care.

Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her daughter, Tabitha Moore.

She is survived by son, Anthony (Angel) Moore of Alabaster; son, Gary (Kim) Moore of Clanton; sister, Sue (Mitchell) Handley of Clanton; brother, George (Sarah) Stacks of Pensacola, Fla.; grandsons, Steven Moore of Alabaster, Cody Moore of Clanton and Zack Moore of Clanton; and granddaughters, Nikki Moore of Shelby, Jade Burnett of Alabaster, Jensen Burnett of Alabaster and Tabitha Moore of Alabaster.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 4 at 2 p.m. at Walnut Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Tony Hughes officiating and Ellison-Mims Funeral Home directing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral fund.
