Jimmie Sue Easterling, age 69 of Clanton, passed away April 27, 2011, at Alabaster.

She was born Jan. 11, 1942, the daughter of the late James Easterling and the late Paralee Clackler Easterling.

Mrs. Easterling was a homemaker.

She is survived by: son, Kevin (Dana) Cease of Florence; son, Kenneth (Bobbie) Kellett of Pelham; son, Kyle Easterling of Clio; sister, Gerthyne Taylor of Clanton; brother, Erskine Easterling of Clanton; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: son, Keith Cease; brother, Ted Easterling; and sister, Martha Collins.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 29 from 5-8 p.m. at Ellison-Mims Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30 at 3 p.m. from the memorial chapel of Ellison-Mims Funeral Home with the Rev. Donnie Messer officiating.

Burial will follow in the Providence Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery in Clanton.
