Lenten Luncheons continue

Hazel Hanline and other church volunteers help serve guests at Walnut Creek UMC’s annual weekly Lenten Luncheons. Pictured at right is Herman Jackson.

The Rev. Jake McCall of Grace Fellowship Presbyterian Church in Clanton addressed the crowd at Walnut Creek on Wednesday. Adrian Barrington was the guest singer.

The remaining schedule of guests is as follows: April 6 — Greg DeJarnett and Patti Beam; April 13 — Greg Nobles and Jennifer Baker; and April 20 — Tony Hughes and Lisa Abbott.
