William Bryant and Willie Wright Crowe of Lawley will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, Feb. 20 from 2-4 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church Lawley. All friends and family are invited.
They have two daughters, Matilda Sohrabnia of South Carolina and Deborah Jones of Lawley. They have six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Bryant served in the National Guard for two years and retired from the Alabama State Highway Department after 30 years of service. He then continued to work several years with state contractors. Willie worked at Gulf States Paper Company and has been a local business owner.
They are both members of Friendship Baptist Church, and Bryant is a deacon at the church. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.
